General Policies

1. Check-in: From 15:00 to 21:00
2. Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property.
4. Parties and/or events are not permitted.
5. Pets are not allowed.

Cancelation Policy

For reservations made under the property’s general policy:

1. Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the arrival date.
2. In case of cancellation 13 days or less before arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Payments Policy

For reservations made under the property’s general policy:

1. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the check-in date.
2. If payment is not received by the specified deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the accommodation will be made available to other guests.

Customized Offers

As direct reservations at Casarela Suites are made upon request and subject to availability confirmation, a customized offer may be sent to the guest for specific dates. Each customized offer includes the special rate and the specific payment, cancellation, and date-change terms applicable to that particular offer. If the terms of a customized offer differ from the general policy stated above, the specific terms stated in the offer accepted by the guest shall apply.

By accepting the customized offer, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the rate and the specific terms stated therein.
